Appointments
To set up an initial appointment, you may leave a message on my confidential voicemail, or you may fill out the form on the Contact and Location page. I offer a free twenty-minute phone consultation if you would like to interview me before scheduling a session.
Our work together will typically be one-on-one sessions, occurring on a weekly basis. There are times when multiple sessions a week may be helpful, this is something we can talk about together if you feel this may be helpful for you. I believe that the most effective therapy takes place in a consistent relationship.

Fees/Payment
Payment is due at the beginning of each session, and you may prepay for sessions if you desire to do so. I accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards.
If you are financially limited and wish to pursue therapy, let's talk about that together. I would like for us to come up with a plan that is manageable for you. I appreciate the time and resources therapy asks of you, and I also fully believe that the benefits can outweigh these expenses.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel our appointment for any reason, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your scheduled session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours before your session or miss your appointment, you will be charged for the session.
Insurance
I am able to work with your insurance as an out-of-network provider if this is something that is offered as a part of your insurance plan. I recommend that you contact your provider directly to find out if they offer reimbursement for mental health services. I am happy to provide you with a receipt upon request. You are then responsible for turning in necessary receipts to your insurance company for reimbursement.
